TC are suppliers of satellite airtime and invoice across all three paradigms – Air, Land & Sea As such, TC provides airtime data logs and invoices under AeroQuik RemoteLink & Maritime entities respectively. 

You can connect your satcoms terminal with TC primarily via the Iridium and Inmarsat Network.

TC's Airtime department ensures that our billing run is supplied to our customers in a timely and above all accurate manner. Your data log, which is included with your bill, includes all the call details such as date of call, time called, number called and minutes used. These logs are created in similar format to your Landline phone bill.

TC Communications offers the following airtime plans for the following products:

IsatPhone Pro

Prepaid Plan – TC Communications offers a prepaid option for the IsatPhone Pro. This is great option for casual users who travel once or twice a year and don’t want a monthly fee commitment. Recharge vouchers will only work on SIM cards that have been activated under the prepaid service. Once the units have been used up, then the SIM will need to be recharged again to use the IsatPhone Pro.

Standard Plan – This option is suitable for people who rely on always being able to make a phone call without worrying about how many credits they still have available. A small monthly service fee is payable which entitles you to a monthly allowance. Any additional voice services used will be billed at the end of the month. With call rates at approximately $0.83 per minute, this is easily the cheapest satellite phone plan available. There is no minimum term on this plan.

SCAP Plans – Shared Corporate Allowance Plans (SCAP) allow you to activate more than one SIM card on the same plan and share the benefits amongst your fleet of phones. A monthly fee is payable with a monthly allowance being allocated which can be used across all the SIM cards in the same plan.

Allowance Plans – There are 3 payment options regarding the Allowance Plans. Depending on your requirements, you can choose either monthly, quarterly or annually with an allowance period available during that payment term.  There is a minimum contract term of 12 months with this plan.

Iridium

Iridium Australia Plan – This plan is best suited for users who will be using the Iridium service throughout Australia.

Iridium Worldwide Plan – This plan is best suited for users who will be using the Iridium service around the world.

Thuraya

Month to Month – This Thuraya plan has no minimum term.

12 Month Plan – This plan has a minimum contract term of 12 months

24 Month Plan – This plan has a minimum contract term of 24 months.
